These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Closer Launch LLC ("Closer Launch," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at closer-launch.com and our client dashboard at dashboard.closer-launch.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Closer Launch provides growth partnership services for home service companies, including marketing strategy, lead generation, sales optimization, and performance reporting via our proprietary dashboard. The specific scope of services is defined in your individual partnership agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Access to the Closer Launch client dashboard is granted to active partners and clients only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trycloserlaunch.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Our dashboard integrates with Meta's Marketing API. By connecting your Meta Ads account, you authorize Closer Launch to access your advertising data for reporting and optimization purposes. You represent that you have the right to grant this access. You may revoke this authorization at any time through the dashboard settings or through your Meta Business Manager.

All content, software, and technology comprising the Closer Launch platform — including the dashboard, reports, and methodologies — are owned by Closer Launch LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.
You retain ownership of your business data and advertising data. You grant Closer Launch a limited license to access and use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the partnership, including business strategies, financial information, and client lists. This obligation survives termination of the partnership.
Fees for Closer Launch services are outlined in your individual partnership agreement. All fees are due as specified in that agreement. Closer Launch reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or investment returns. Marketing and business results depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closer Launch LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Closer Launch in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship as specified in the partnership agreement. Closer Launch reserves the right to suspend or terminate dashboard access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard will be revoked and we will return or delete your data upon request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
